Over at SewMamaSew.com (amazing blog!) they have announced what they hope to be a huge give away day for bloggers and their readers. I plan to participate in this, of course. Obviously the blog is very, very new & I’m going to need some readers, aren’t I?
Now the question is, what will I be giving away? I’m thinking of a pretty decent surprise package of either crafting supplies or a couple of things that are handmade by me.
I’ll have to do a little more brainstorming, of course.
On a totally different train of thought: Thanksgiving is coming up! I decided to become Vegetarian in June of 2008, so this is my 2nd Turkey-less Thanksgiving and I’m hoping this year will be a lot less bland than last year. In fact, I’m going to MAKE SURE it is. Last year I got stuck eating gravy-less mashed potatos due to the fact that I wasn't feeling up to preparing anything myself. This year will be the end of that. I plan on cooking up a small feast for my lil' sis and I to bring to the house that we’ll be celebrating at. I plan to do some research on some yummy Thanksgiving recipies for Vegetarians in the next few days. I’ll definitely share what I find on here as well as the results come Thanksgiving!
